i dialed 123 to my mobile phone operator today, and guess wat, there was the automated voice as usual, but this time there is no selection of languages. apparently my language is set to mandarin as default!
and i don't fücking understand one word of what she says. wtf.
first thing i asked the customer service guy to do is to set my language to english. sigh. banana, wat to do.
