.. like a woman scorned. aih, when she like u she'll be nice to u and stuff, no complaints, for MONTHS! do the work without questioning lah, don't mind staying back late to finish the work lah, bla bla etc etc. of course lah u have to put the "dense" act, hinting disinterest mildly.. not that u can help it, a good principle is that u should never piss off the people u're working with. so u maintain communication at a professional level (*only* professional level), and that means no small talks, never hinting interest (that means never accept lunch or dinner invitations, nor attempt to invite) and never try to flirt. at the same time, have to maintain a firm 'no' on all advances. never reject it openly, as that may well spell the end of cooperation from the other side.
holding on to that, everything goes well.. but then once they finally get the message that u're uninterested, ZERO percent cooperation. (actually, extremely abrupt fall from 100% to 0%)
wat the hell man. luckily it's nearing the end of project. *whew*
