hi ppl. it's my 11th day here i think, a bit of work and i'm coming back to m'sia! woo hoo! the long awaited brain jamming and mind fucking session (read: risk, magic the gathering and monopoly, + probably warcraft) will soon arrive!
ok, what happened yesterday, lets see. can't exactly remember that well, woke up with a hangover. guess i'd forgotten to drink lots of water before i sleep, which is my usual habit. hmm, probably got a little bit too tipsy, just remembered feeling very drowsy before sleeping.
anyways, yesterday was the celebration of somebody's birthday, lets call him D. he's the tech lead for one of the s/ware components @ ai-bee-em here. very cool guy, very nice guy. he picked me up after i finished work, sometime about half an hour past midnite. there were 2 girls along with us, 1 from the same company, let's call her A, and the other, J, from another similarly huge mnc.
we went to this latin club (enough name droppings for now) to collect D's credit card. apparently when we were there last week he left it there. too tipsy i guess. luckily i reached home in one piece, heh.
at the club, we were all looking at the menu when i said i wanted to order flaming lamborghini for the birthday boy, but then it's not available. then we talked about the other drink in the menu: bl0wj0b. J insisted that bl0wj0b is flaming, and I insisted it's not. so we were kinda debating, and finally we decided to ask the waitress. the waitress said we can have it if we wanted, but i still insisted it doesn't have flaming. look, if u have to cup the whole damn glass with your mouth, how can it be burning? doesn't make sense, isn't it?
and then J popped the question: "have u had one before?"
i was taken aback. wha-? (translation: what in the hell what that for?)
so, since i didn't expect that question, and i was still thinking that she meant the drink (probably she really did), i said, "no". then when she and A said, "really?" with that smug look on their faces, i quickly responded, "do you mean giving or receiving? if you meant giving, HELL NO".
hohoho. right answer at the right time. whew.
anyways, then i described this drink where you put the tequila at the girl's cleavage, put salt on her neck, and lemon in her mouth, and the guy is supposed to drink the shot, suck the salt and take the lemon from her mouth, all without using hands. the girls asked, "how can u put the glass there?". the guys (me and D) quick responded, "oh yesssss, you cannnnnnnn". and then i added, "if certain criterias are met." ;)
later, they saw this one sexy girl who was dancing s@lsa with this other guy. she looked quite good (in dancing) (ok fine, she looked good too) and they asked me to invite her for a dance. i refused at first coz she was with a company (guy) and it's not the culture in ph for a guy to simply ask a girl for a dance if he doesn't know her (so they say). both the girls think the guy is gay, and kept asking me to go ahead. went ahead and danced with the girl, but i seriously don't believe the guy is gay. i mean, he doesn't look gay, and he was with a girl! touchy feely at that too. the girls insisted he was gay, and said they can see it from his dancing. wha-?
o_O. let's just hope my dancing doesn't scream out the wrong messages...
we then adjourned to another place for coffee and wine, and chatted till 4am.
heh. that was good fun, with good company. just felt like sharing it.
